ULTRASONIC CLEANINGS
Cleaner Teeth Without Scraping
In the past, scaling was done by hand -- and it's still a common procedure today. Performed with a metal instrument known as a scaler, your dentist scrapes your teeth and under your gums to remove what your toothbrush might have missed. But now there's an easier way for your dentist to give you a gleaming smile! Ultrasonic cleaning is available to remove more tartar in less time, with no metal scraping!
During ultrasonic cleaning, the dentist uses an instrument called an ultrasonic scaler, or Cavitron?. The Cavitron distributes ultrasonic vibrations to literally blast tartar, or calculus, off of your teeth! As the ultrasonic scaler vibrates, it produces sound waves to break apart stubborn calculus. Water flows out of the tip's end to wash away debris and keep the scaler from overheating. Although you won't feel the vibrations or hear the sound waves, you'll most likely notice that your teeth feel cleaner. And your dentist will have significantly reduced the amount of plaque bacteria that causes most dental diseases.Call us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
ROOT CANAL THERAPY
What is root canal?
Root canal or endodontic treatment is the salvation of millions of teeth every year. Endodontics refers to treatment of the innermost part of the tooth, the pulp. The pulp is a delicate collection of blood vessels, connective tissue and nerve fibers. While there are many reasons for performing endodontic treatment, infection and trauma are the most common.

PORCELAIN VENEERS
Get The Smile You Want
Veneers are thin, custom-made moldings that cover the fronts of unsightly teeth. They are crafted from tooth-colored, high-tech materials to portray a natural, bright smile.

PORCELAIN CROWNS
Preserve Your Existing Teeth
When metallic fillings and overly large fillings weaken teeth, a crown can restore original strength and blend beautifully with adjacent teeth. Crowns are placed over the natural teeth to support a bridge of one or several teeth. This creates non-removable tooth replacements to areas where natural teeth are adjacent to both sides. Call us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
WHITE RESIN FILLINGS
Get The Smile You Want
These are non-metallic material that blends compatibly with the shade of the tooth to replace areas that have been removed, chipped, or broken away. Call us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
BONDING
Get The Smile You Want
A tooth-like material joined to the natural tooth to improve its shape, size or color. Call us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
SINGLE TOOTH ANESTHESIA
Comfortable & Non-threatening Anesthsia
We know that some patients get more nervous than others at the mere sight of a needle and syringe. That's where the CompuDent system comes in, allowing for an even-flow delivery of anesthetic in a very comfortable, non-threatening manner. It eliminates the "bee sting" effect - the painful consequence from a surge of fluid into a confined tissue area. Even more, certain injections made possible with the Wand minimize the unnecessary numbness of the tongue, cheek, and face. Imagine leaving the dentist's office without a "fat lip!
The Single Tooth Anesthesia (STA) System from Milestone Scientific is the first computer-controlled local dental anesthetic system where just one injection at a single tooth is all that's needed to scientifically, safely and predictably ensure single-session injection precision. It's even highly effective for multi-quadrant cases. Call us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.

DENTAL IMPLANTS
The Next Best Thing To Your Own Teeth
A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that is placed into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. Dental implants are an ideal option for people in good general oral health who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason.
While high-tech in nature, dental implants are actually more tooth-saving than traditional bridgework, since implants do not rely on neighboring teeth for support.
Dental implants are teeth that can look and feel just like your own! Under proper conditions and diligent patient maintenance, implants can last a lifetime.

PERIODENTAL GUM THERAPY
Keep Your Gums Healthy
Periodontal (gum) diseases, including gingivitis and periodontitis, are serious infections that, left untreated, can lead to tooth loss. The word periodontal literally means "around the tooth." Periodontal disease is a chronic bacterial infection that affects the gums and bone supporting the teeth. Periodontal disease can affect one tooth or many teeth. It begins when the bacteria in plaque (the sticky, colorless film that constantly forms on your teeth) causes the gums to become inflamed. ORAL SURGERY PROCEDURES
Wisdom Teeth Extractions & More
These include simple and surgical extractions as well as impacted wisdom teeth extractions.
A tooth becomes impacted when there is a lack of space in the dental arch and its growth and eruption are prevented by overlying gum, bone or another tooth. A tooth may be partially impacted, which means a portion of it has broken through the gum, or totally impacted and unable to break through the gum at all.
It isn't wise to wait until your wisdom teeth start to bother you. In general, earlier removal of wisdom teeth results in a less complicated healing process.

ORTHODONTIC SERVICES (Braces)
Straight Teeth And An Attractive Smile
Straight teeth help an individual to effectively bite, chew and speak. Straight teeth contribute to healthy teeth and gums. Properly aligned teeth and jaws may alleviate or prevent physical health problems. Teeth that work better also tend to look better. An attractive smile is a pleasant "side effect" of orthodontic treatment.
An attractive smile is a wonderful asset. It contributes to self-esteem, self-confidence and self-image-important qualities at every age. A pleasing appearance is a vital component of self-confidence. A person's self-esteem often improves as orthodontic treatment brings teeth, lips and face into proportion. In this way, orthodontic treatment can benefit social and career success, as well as improve a person's general attitude toward life.

DENTURES
Partial or Full Sets
If you've lost most or all of your teeth, Dr. Molina may recommend partial or full dentures. These removable replacement teeth are made of acrylic resin, sometimes in combination with various metals. Dentures not only aid in chewing, swallowing and speaking, they also support your facial muscles Call us for additional information or to schedule an appointment.
NIGHTGUARDS
Stop the Grind
Does your jaw feel stiff or do you have difficulty opening your mouth wide? Are your teeth sensitive to cold drinks? Do your jaw muscles feel tired in the morning? You may be grinding your teeth at night (a medical condition called bruxism) or you may be clenching your teeth, which can be just as harmful. People with nighttime grinding habits may wear away their tooth enamel 'ten times faster" than those with "abusive chewing habits". Eventually, your teeth may be worn down and destroyed.
In addition to relieving head, neck, jaw joint and shoulder pains, treating bruxism and clenching is cost effective compared to ignoring the condition and exposing teeth to continued grinding. Without treatment, crowns (caps), bridges, implants and dentures are often needed to repair or replace worn and damaged teeth. Ask your dentist if a nightguard can help to provide temporary relief from grinding, bruxing or clenching. Call us for additional information about NIGHTGUARDS or to schedule an appointment.
NITROUS OXIDE
Relieve Dental Anxiety
It is often called laughing gas or sweet air, and it is a common form of sedation that produces a euphoric effect. Nitrous oxide is provided during dental procedures to relieve dental anxiety in both children and adults.
Nitrous oxide is a gas that's administered through the nose and exhaled through the mouth, eliminating it from the body almost immediately. Before receiving dental treatment, a mask is placed over the nose of the patient. This allows the dentist to work on the mouth uninterrupted. After a few minutes, the effects of the nitrous oxide start to take place. Although you won't get the giggles, you will experience a light, airy feeling.

PORCELAIN INLAY & ONLAYS
Repair Your Tooth
An inlay is a type of restoration that typically looks like natural teeth and fixes an existing tooth that is too damaged to support a filling, but not so much that it needs a crown. It covers the chewing surface between the cusps, while onlays restore one or more fractured cusps.
Both inlays and onlays are intended to repair the tooth's chewing surface, and in some cases, repair teeth with other restoration options: the filling, which fills a hole in the tooth, and the crown, which covers most of the tooth.
